Installation was difficult! I've been following the online video to the TEE and can't figure out the horrible shake it caused. I tried all possibilities and it didn't work, almost gave up. I asked YouTuber "newyorker05" for help and ended up using 2 original OEM rings and washers which took away the hesitation. I want to use the new monorim out of the box but can't get it to work, or maybe my ninebot max has a different version or a manufacturing defect? If anyone has any tips or suggestions, please let us know! Overall, can I recommend this product? YUP ! seller seems responsive and helpful Pros - Seller is very responsive - First impression is good - Reasonable price in my opinion - Fast delivery - Haven't taken it on a long trip yet but am very happy around the block Cons - I damaged my reflective stickers - so be careful Attention; Check everything first before sticking the sticker. I hope I can get a replacement. - The safety clamp ring broke - Added some weight to an already heavy scooter (as you would expect) - The online video tutorial isn't even the same model as the Ninebot Max - My package didn't include wheel washers as seen in the video (I had to good luck useful)
