Revainrating 3 out of 5

Great kit that works fantastic (if you get past some install errors)

First of all I don't want to be too negative about this product as it works very well once you understand how to install it. Cons: 1. Instructions seem irrelevant to the one that came2. The box wrench did not fit a screw on the MAX3. Nowhere is it mentioned how to mount the fender mount on the Ninebot Max4. There was not a single indication of which screws were needed where and for which additional washers and covers. The screw hole on the top of the rack was missing (pictured)6. This is NOT a quick install. Expect over 2 hours plus time to adjust the brakes and steering.7. It is NOT as easy to disassemble the scooter as in their tutorial video. You have to make an effort to remove the screws. Positives: 1. This kit works and works well (which is why I gave it such a rating) 2. You feel a noticeable difference in ride comfort!3. The overall quality is pretty good.4. It has been revised several times to fix issues (I have the V3 version of the kit). in summary. This is a nice kit that does exactly what you want it to do. Expect the installation to take at least 2 hours. Don't forget to bring your own box wrench. In the video everything looks as if everything could be easily disassembled (in reality it is not). I've attached a picture of the completed V3 installation in case you're as confused as I am.
