Review on Dark Bronze Honeywell Belmar Outdoor LED 52-Inch Ceiling Fan (Model 50512-01) by Michelle Armstrong

I received this outdoor fan on July 28th and installed it on our patio. After just 4 1/2 weeks I noticed that the fan blades were warping and hanging down. I contacted Revain only to find out that the 30 day return period expired just a few days later. After numerous calls and messages to Revain representatives, who were difficult to understand but assured me they "would support me," they sent me a brand new ventilator - exactly the same as the original. When I called back to explain to the Asian woman that I thought this fan would do the same as it was a quality issue; and there was no point in replacing the smaller unit with another smaller unit. She tried to put me in contact with Honeywell, the manufacturer, to solve the problem. When I finally contacted someone from the ceiling fan department, I was told that they would send me higher quality fan blades that would be compatible with our model fan and would not warp or sag. New fan blades arrived today - exactly the same cheap, poor quality blades as before. Thank you for nothing, Revane and Honeywell.
