Replaced previous version (probably over 15 years old; just started making noise) on patio. Simple, improved and mature design. Very easy to assemble (even includes spare parts). This Honeywell Belmar ceiling fan (I bought two of these) is well built and balanced out of the box. The supplied balancing kit did not have to be used with any of the fans. We installed an optional light block that connects instantly. All the components are well matched and well designed. The ONLY issue I had was the rubber gasket on the yoke cap. This is probably one of those cases where the picture is more accurate than real life.
