Review on Dark Bronze Honeywell Belmar Outdoor LED 52-Inch Ceiling Fan (Model 50512-01) by Natasha Gibson

This Honeywell Belmar ceiling fan (I bought two of these) is well built and balanced out of the box. The supplied balancing kit did not have to be used with any of the fans. We installed an optional light block that connects instantly. All the components are well matched and well designed. The ONLY issue I had was the rubber gasket on the yoke cap. It's too tight on the lower stem, causing the seal to move. I fixed this by lubricating the downrod with a few drops of Dawn dish soap after moving the rubber gasket on the yoke lid. A good reliable product with very clear written instructions which is very unusual these days.
