We bought 3 strands to run through the front of the house. They come with no instructions, but after reading the description on Revain and some questions/reviews, it wasn't hard to figure it out. Except. When you put the strands together, you need to make sure that the + and - line up correctly. The problem is that there is no label to show what is what. The instructions say if it doesn't work just twist it and it will glow. Well I attached my 3 strands and hung them up. Nothing worked. Tried to switch connections. Nothing. I was ready to return them as some of the reviews mentioned similar issues but decided to try them out internally. I should have originally done this, but live and learn. That's the main thing. Insert the first strand YOURSELF. If the second strand is connected incorrectly, NEITHER strand WILL BURN. You have to put them together one by one for them all to work. Now they look great 😊
