I am 62 inches tall and weigh 215 pounds. Size XL True to size, no punctures, not too tight! Light and soft. You can also wear it over a t-shirt or a top. Long sleeve casual shirt. The only thing I do notice is that I look a bit slimmer than other tops, so depending on your weight this might be worth considering. .
