Review on Comark PDQ400 Waterproof Pen Style Digital Food Thermometer: Ensuring Accurate Rinse Temperature in Commercial Dishwashers - Blue by Tracy Madison

I bought mine on June 22nd 2021 and at the time of writing it is now August 30th 2021. Comark have terrible and confusing calibration controls and this model is no exception. As the name suggests, the cap broke. The cap itself consists of two molded plastic pieces connected at the top with pins that snap into the main body. These pins are exactly split in half on both sides, which makes them break very quickly. Apart from the broken cap, I had no other problems. I would recommend buying the PDT300 for kitchen use (commercial or home).
