The best thing about this software it's that you can use all your data from different platforms into one place so there will be no need to copy paste information between them anymore! It also allows me to connect with clients using WhatsApp which has been very useful especially when I'm away at events or training sessions etc. Sometimes certain features are not as user friendly but overall its great. There isn't anything really i dislike apart from maybe some of their customer service team could do more work experience placements within our sales force since we're mainly made up of young people who don't have much real world experience. We've found that having everything together helps us stay organised and makes sure everyone knows what they should be doing next.
