Review on 🔧 Hayden Automotive Premium 2787 Fan Clutch by Lance Story

I used this on my 2004 Grand Cherokee 4.0 with a Dorman 620-602 fan. My jeep only overheated because the electric fan wasn't running at high speed even after replacing both fan relays. I didn't bother with the fan motor after doing some research and found this combination as a solution. So far, so good. I assembled the fan and clutch first but left the screws a bit loose. I was able to push it in without removing the cover or unscrewing the heatsink. I just lifted the cover and since the fan is plastic the blades sagged a bit. It was a lot easier than I thought it would be, and believe me, Murphy's Law usually hits me hard. Once on the shaft I was able to get 4 fan screws with a combination wrench. I hate to admit it, but I only hand tightened the clutch on the shaft. As the engine spun the fan, the physics made a move. No, it wasn't spinning when the engine was shut off. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it seemed packed the entire time. The fan speed matches the engine. I thought it should be partially disabled. Hey, that's better than overheating.
