I ordered two, the first was small. My cats liked it so much that little cats use it to sleep. arrived without the connecting straps to the skateboard that together make this system work, Revain was great and ordered me a replacement. I received a replacement but to my surprise there were no connecting straps in the box. I was a little disappointed. I waited for the straps to arrive so I could connect the two pieces. Taking my big cat to the vet was not an emergency. I spoke to the manufacturer who shipped the straps to me via express. Came, the straps are not the ones in the instructions.
