I love that it has arrived and looks brand new! But I was worried about the bad packaging! works well but gets very hot during intensive work like video editing! And slows down and thermal throttling occurs. I expected a really great laptop from One Seller because they got a lot of positive feedback! them several times i want to make sure they send me a working laptop with no problems. I don't think they run a diagnostic test or an MRI test like Apple does to determine if everything is working or not. Another big problem with a laptop is that sometimes one of the keys works and sometimes it doesn't. I really need a working laptop with no issues or anything. I decide to return mine. 3 stars for overheating issues and sticky buttons.
