It took me two tries to actually install this fan (this is not a product defect). I haven't seen any detailed videos but really make sure you install the components exactly where they should be when building the PS4; Some parts become the foundation that will make or break everything. Long story short, I've had it for about a week now for gaming testing and I can say that the fan does its job of keeping the PS4 cool. It's by no means a quiet fan, but considering my old fan was LOUD, it's definitely an improvement.
