I like it, it's new, it's much quieter than the old one, it's dirty but it's loud, it's like the transition from the sound of a fighter jet to the sound of a new truck engine. Yes if you are a gamer/smoker the build up is insane, almost as bad as a ceiling fan.

The first one I bought had uneven bearings and made a continuous clicking noise even when idle. A replacement was sent to me immediately and received within a few days. Unfortunately, the replacement had the same issues and noticeable hesitation. Both returned for a refund. Good customer service, bad product quality.

My son's PS4 was almost as useful as the paperweight before this product. It overheats after a few minutes of use. We tried an external fan and it didn't work. Our son didn't want a new PS4 because a fifth one is coming out. So we tried this product. Has been working great for a few months now! My son bought some time to keep playing while waiting for 5. I replaced the fan on the original PS4, which was loud enough to be heard around the house, and while it was an improvement, it still hummed a bit. It works well for video streaming, but it starts to get a little noisy in some spots with high frame rates in games.
