I bought these rubber boots for my son last fall. The boots arrived on time and to my surprise they had a paid LED sole (I thought that was cool because he had a pair of the same sheepskin boots I bought him abroad which he loved so much). didn't use it last year. We live in Minnesota so the rain and slop season just started a month ago. How I put boots on him today and noticed that the soles had come loose. So we had boots on the shelf for 6 months and could use them for a month. My son loved the boots but wish they lasted more than a month.
