Use for Mercruiser L29 454 (7.4mpi) Closed Cooled
I have confirmed with Felpro support that this kit can be used in marine applications IF you have a closed cooling system. The intake and exhaust gaskets definitely match what I removed from the boat and the engine was previously installed by a Mercruiser dealer. Please note that the exhaust gaskets are not the same as shown in the photo. Felpro changed the production so that the exhaust gaskets are now installed on each cylinder and not the one-piece ones as shown in the picture.
