Bad way of doing business.
Rating : Price : Good Design : Good Speed : Good (5/10) Color : Poor (4/10) I bought this laptop for home use. After 2 days it wouldn't start and the message "Something's wrong with the hard drive" came up. After many failed attempts I had to send it back the next day. It took 12 days to get my refund and they charged me $137.06. Deduct refunds from restocking commissions.
