Hatley raincoats are the best! The terry cloth interior is much nicer than the plastic used in other raincoats. I've been buying them for my kids for over 10 years now. My eldest son was so sad when he outgrew a hatley kids jacket. I bought this (blue dinosaur) for my youngest who is obsessed with dinosaurs. They really change color in the rain. These are quality raincoats that will last until your child outgrows them and can be passed down to younger siblings.
