Kitchenova presents itself as the one-stop shop for all things culinary, but it's more like a horror in practice. Kitchenova's website is a jumbled mess, and the store itself is stocked with a bewildering selection of cheaply manufactured products. Both the variety of goods and their overall quality are disappointing. There aren't any truly novel or useful tools for the cooking here. The lack of a customer care department leaves you high and dry with defective goods and nowhere to turn. It's as if you're funding a nonprofit that distributes low-quality cookware. Avoid spending your time and money at this internet retailer. Don't let your hopes and aspirations perish in Kitchenova.
