I used these in my garage for Halloween because I wanted the colors to change. What I liked best was that there were color mixtures of two/three/many colors. For example, on election night in the US, I changed the night to red, white, and blue. There is a brown-orange color that would be great for Thanksgiving. I am considering just keeping them and replacing them with holiday decor as I also have a multi-year projector. They're not tiny like your typical twinkle lights, the light spheres are big and very bright and vivid colors - here's a demo of how I change the settings so you can see the options (I don't have any of the simple light colors just the light settings)
