The product says it is recommended for 1-3 year olds but I bought this for my daughter's second birthday (medium size) and it runs very small. She understands that, but it's so short, even on the highest settings, that she's very uncomfortable elevating her legs far enough so her feet don't drag, and when she tried, the rear wheels came dangerously close to overrunning her toes every time. I just wanted to try and push her on it, but she had no way to prop her legs up like she was on a pedal bike.
