I love that there are many different options available when it comes time to enter information pertaining to our accounts receivable process - including entering invoices as well! The system is very easy to use once you figure out what each field does (or doesn't). There isn’t anything in particular about this program that we dislike at this moment; however if anyone was looking forward to additional features being added they will be disappointed with how long those took to come online since launch of app last year or so. We have been able to streamline processes throughout almost every area related to collections management which has made us more efficient than ever before!
