The 300w unit worked for 8 months. Then the "remote temperature sensor” failed, and without it the block is no more useful than a brick. After several emails to JBL customer service requesting all necessary purchase documentation, they asked us to soak the sensor in lemon juice, which failed. They then agreed to send us a new one but they said they need cleaning every 3-4 months and the sensor needs a full replacement every 10-12 months? It's funny that they don't advertise it! If that's not enough, search the internet for one of those "quick disconnect" probes. EVERYWHERE, including JBJ's own website. You have to call them and they charge another $15 for the probe. oh, and $8 shipping!
