Review on ✨ Permanent Neodymium Countersunk Magnets by DIYMAG by Isaac Maze

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Nearly perfect. in Material Handling Products

I ordered a couple of these and only one broke so it's pretty good. There's nothing better than these magnets for displaying swords and knives, and using magnets makes your displays far more flexible than other methods. However, I had a problem with two large medallions. The magnetic poles are not front to back or back to front as I thought, but left to right. I glued the large washers to the 5" lockets and then screwed the magnets to the wall. When I attached the lockets to the magnets, they all moved in circles and dropped about 1/2 inch. In non-technical applications would be so they're ok, but if you need accuracy within 1/8" not so much. The pair of swords I installed were heavy so I just doubled the magnets. on the wall and just put another magnet on stick the first magnet Sticks very well to steel and cast iron Some swords with brass or bronze hilts don't stick so well because the steel in the middle of the hilt was too far away to attract, so I just left the top magnet a few inches lower fall and it worked great.
