When I first got them 3 months ago, I was very happy with them. The sound quality was good, they fit comfortably in my ears and the different silicone ear pads made them even better. I quickly noticed a small inconvenience. When pairing with multiple devices, I had to fully tell the last device I used to disconnect, then navigate to the device I wanted to use and tell it to connect. For example, if I was using it with my computer and wanted to switch to my phone, I couldn't just click on my phone's Bluetooth settings and disconnect from my computer. I had to disconnect my phone first and then reconnect. A minor thing, but one that my old 1st gen AirPods had no problem with. Over time, the disconnect/reconnect problem got worse. One earbud works, the other doesn't. One will say that I have to forget and restore the device I want to use while the other is still paired and having no problems. But in order to connect them together and play music at the same time, I have to forget both, turn them off completely, put them back in the case, and then try pairing them to my phone or computer again. Today was the worst. . I re-paired them to my phone 3 times today because the connection just randomly switched from one to the other or disconnected for no reason and then reconnected to my computer instead. I was hoping to save some money with these compared to AirPods and ultimately I have a feeling I won't be buying AirPods any time soon. The fact that my AirPods have worked for years with very few issues is enough to make me move back to them. of 5 stars
