I got this for a server rack with a file server and two (2) security camera servers, so I only use three of the four ports. This means I'm not using or testing port 1, which is a USB-C port, and I'm not streaming 4K video. So if my use case is far from yours, this review might not be helpful. To me this is a great KVM and way better than the one it replaces. The three computers have completely different hardware and operating systems: a Razberi rack server with Windows 7 Embedded, a Dell server and an Asus gaming PC. The old UPS kept losing connection to the Razberi server and the Asus machine every now and then, but not with this one. It was reliable and eliminated some headaches. My only complaints are the very poor manual (there is a button to "adjust mouse sensitivity" and the only explanation is "press the button to change the sensitivity of the fast mouse switching mode", which isn't very helpful) and the lack of one separate audio switch. I understand that it toggles HDMI audio and there is analog audio out, but I haven't been able to get it to work reliably. Again, I have a complex use case and your mileage may vary.
