I'm sorry, I (my husband) have tried using this cut for so many fruits/vegetables and it just doesn't work! The blades are very, very sharp and very close together so you'd think it would slice and dice, but it doesn't pinch at all. I had to return it but I always thought I would find something to use. Maybe cheese?
