I gave it a 3 because of the hook. When I got it it was so nice to have the hook on the outside so I didn't have to wade in to find where to hook it. However, after a while it tore, so the lining was also loose because it was sewn onto it. So I still need to put a seat belt over it to get it outside. She is a little puppy. teddy bear and weighs only 9 pounds. So disappointed with this feature. However, she likes the snow suit, it's warm and dry in it, which is what I like about it. We have a lot of snow and the weather is below zero and she loves snow. So I sewed it up as best I could so it wouldn't tear again and put the harness on top. On the other hand, this is a very good snowsuit for her. Even the vet liked it.
