The relay did not give a voltage pulse
reversed the polarity a few times and grounded the LED blinker and DOES NOT FLASH. The device connections have continuity and the solder joints are intact, the device carries current but does not deliver a voltage pulse. It just doesn't work. The only possibility is that a higher load may be required. Make sure you test multiple lamps in parallel as this may alter your result.
