Does what I want and think the price is good, but there are a few annoying things. The zipper gets caught very easily, sometimes I even have to get off the bike to open it. I suppose because they made it waterproof a good quality waterproof zipper would probably make it more expensive. Also when I open it it doesn't open very far because it is blocked by my bike frame where it meets the handlebars. Maybe this part on my bike is just bigger than most, if yours is similar then you probably will too.
