This LED projector is a REAL upgrade from my previous one. My last one didn't even support HDMI, if that tells you anything. When opened it was packaged very well. It is wrapped in foam and the cables are packed separately. The original packaging seems strong enough to protect it so I don't feel the need to hunt for a case right away. When we opened it up I was very excited to see that it had an HDMI cable, a computer monitor port (very impressed with this and wasn't expecting it) and AV cables. The remote control does NOT come with batteries. FIJ. We had 2 AAA's so it wasn't a problem! The projector itself looks pretty modern so I can leave it with the rest of the electronics and it won't irritate my eyes like our last projector. It perfectly matches others! When we set it up I was happy to see that it has a center adjustable leg that you can raise and lower to give it the right angle. We decided to test it out on PS4 and it was SO EASY to set up! Literally plug and play. The built-in audio was surprisingly loud and had excellent sound quality. We only plugged in our soundbar for added amplification. Setting the picture modes is very easy and the auto mode is pretty accurate. Trying to find new ways to keep kids entertained during social distancing has been a challenge. Anyway, we got this and set it up by our pool, threw our family swimmers in and watched JAWS with the screen mounted on the wall of the house and it was so much fun! Definitely worth the money and I see this projector adding a HUGE chunk of our family entertainment in the summer months to come!
