Generally excellent gloves. They are nice and warm, but not completely protected from the rain. The thumbs in particular let a lot of water through. They're thick enough that you lose a bit of dexterity once they're on, and they're not very easy to take off and put back on while you're moving. They also tend to be a bit warm on most rainy or just cold days. I think they would be ideal in snow to snow mixed with rain conditions at 20 to 35 degrees Fahrenheit.
