I would say my cuticles feel moisturized for about half an hour after using the product. Although I've noticed an improvement. The oil is good because it's moisturizing, but my fingers don't feel greasy like they would if I had used baby oil, for example. There is a very light scent that smells nice. Sometimes I can't even smell it, which I think I prefer to the overpowering aroma. For the price I think this is a great product.
