So far the pump seems to be working fine! The advertisement mentions that the pump pumps liquid in both directions and shows a DPDT switch (flow one direction - off - flow reverse), but my pump only has a single pole switch (on - off). The pump will still work both ways, but note that you may have to go back to the battery connections or figure out a new switch setting. However, 2 pages of instruction is comedy gold - a little common sense and you should still be able to get it all.
