The fastening system is not very strong.

I am very disappointed with this product, I had it too long before using it so the guarantee has expired. The mount was very flimsy and would never support 5000 pounds. recommended weight limit. My boat weighs 2800 pounds. The bracket is bent so much that the shaft and wheel are not perpendicular to the ground. I've searched the internet for parts for it, but to no avail. I want to replace the bracket and wheel. I can no longer use it in its current state. In the previous letter you asked to send photos, here they are
