I have always bought paints from Michael. But because of the pandemic, I can't leave the house as often as I'd like. I have serious health problems. So I tried this color and maybe after half an hour of using it I got a burning sensation in my throat and lungs and a little bit dizzy. I assume that it is a very cheap paint with extremely toxic ingredients. I know paint isn't the safest thing in general, but I've never used paint that burned my lungs for four hours. I also started having pains in the glands near my neck. I'm a little scared of using it again because I don't know what it's doing to my body. I would not recommend it to anyone and strongly recommend staying away from children. I've been drawing all my life because I was an art teacher before I got sick and I never had that kind of reaction. Maybe it's because I already have a compromised immune system, or maybe I've had an allergic reaction to it, but I don't think I'll be using it again. It also has a strong odor which makes it difficult for me to use it for long periods of time. I wish I had something better to say about it, but I don't. Unless health issues bother or put you off, you probably want to know that this is a semi-thick paint with decent coverage, but it's difficult to work with. because it dries quickly, causing it to thicken too quickly. Some colors are very pure, especially white. I suppose you can use a floating medium or acrylic paint retarder to thin very thick ones. Also, if you plan to give them away as a gift, I'm not sure that would be a good idea. Mine arrived in a flimsy mail bag instead of a box and the product box was destroyed. All the colors were scattered in the bag.
