The ease of use of cerve, it is very user friendly and easy to work with both customers and employees alike. It has saved our business time as well as money in training. There are not any downsides that I have noticed thus far. All parties involved (customer service representatives) were very helpful and knowledgeable about what they do which helped us make decisions easily. We utilize cerve for all food orders at my restaurant, we also offer catering services through them as well. They help manage time spent working by automating tasks such as taking orders from guests, placing orders with suppliers and monitoring supplies throughout the day. This helps reduce employee turnover and overall labor costs. Our orders are taken directly through cerve, this makes tracking inventory easier than dealing with cash registers.
