The system is very user friendly, it's easy to navigate through all of your medications in one place without having to search for them individually; I also like that you can view multiple prescriptions at once if needed. Sometimes when entering orders there are errors which cause delays or prevent me from submitting my order correctly (ie missing information). This has happened more than twice this year so far but they have been quick to respond each time with an update as to what was wrong and how we could fix it! Keep up with their updates because sometimes things change quickly. We use our pharmacy software daily to manage patient meds and submit insurance claims. It makes everything easier by doing away with paper files/piles etc.
