I would like to start by saying that I really like the color and brightness of the backlight. The controls were a little tricky though, as you had to tap them in the settings to get the one you wanted. After about 20 days of using it every day for about 2-4 hours it started doing this weird flickering like it was a short circuit. It's very distracting, annoying, and it's a shame it didn't last longer (since they were only indoors). I spent a lot of time hanging them perfectly with zip ties, which I have to do again and again with another product. However, if you're only going to use them for a few days and don't care about long-term use (e.g. just for a party or something), then they're great for your purpose.
