I wanted small earlobe earrings that I didn't have to take off every night and that wouldn't hurt when I slept on my side like most standard stud earrings do. It is great! As long as they are a bit long for this purpose, it is not noticeable. The screw back actually took no more than 5 minutes and I don't plan on taking it off anytime soon, but it's not difficult. I've been wearing them continuously for about 2 weeks and they haven't lost their gold plating so I'm impressed with the quality. As someone who has been very sensitive to earrings in the past, they didn't bother me at all and I love the variety of beautiful stud earrings that come with them. I have recommended it to friends and will definitely buy it again. Update: I've never taken them out for a year now, like new.
