I like that it is easy to use for those who are not technical in any way! It was very helpful getting through training so we could get started right away - there's no need, or even time wasted waiting around trying different things until they work out of course!! There isn't much you can dislike about pinpoint at this point other than some minor quirks here & then which have been corrected over several versions/updates since launch (I believe).
We're able reduce our schedule turnaround times by up to an hour per day due primarily to more efficient staff utilization but also because appointments take less amount off their individual workloads as well.
