PinPoint Scheduling Review

I love that it has all of my appointments in one place so when someone needs to change an appointment or cancel they don't have go searching for information! It is very easy once you get used too but there are some things about how everything works together which can be confusing at first (i'm sure if your not using this regularly then its fine). I like that it is easy to use for those who are not technical in any way! It was very helpful getting through training so we could get started right away - there's no need, or even time wasted waiting around trying different things until they work out of course!! There isn't much you can dislike about pinpoint at this point other than some minor quirks here & then which have been corrected over several versions/updates since launch (I believe).
