This camera is very good for what I need, which is online meetings and classes via zoom or any other application. I've been using it for several months now. The only complaint I have is that the lens cap is completely separate from the camera and doesn't fit tightly. As such, it often falls off when I move my laptop from place to place or use the camera on different devices. I attached the cover to the camera with a small piece of black tape and that fixed the problem. I wish there was less movement on the cover overall, but that's not the worst.
