They seem to be well made. The only thing that I did not like was that the end loop for the extra length is so loose that it slides off of the collars too easily and they can get lost if you are not careful. They are nice to have as many others do not have them. The colors are true. I would say the sizes run ample. My little ones' necks measure about 9". They have very thick coats. I ordered the 9-11 and they are in the second to the last hole so they are plenty long. They are small and flexible enough for the tiny necks. Overall, I am quite happy.
