it fits and seals well for replacement parts
I installed this on my 1992 Jeep Cherokee 4x4 with 231 Tcase. I noticed that some gear oil was coming out of my transfer case and after a close inspection I noticed that some liquid was leaking from the inlet on the front driveshaft. I replaced the old oil seal with this one and it no longer flows from there.
