Do not buy Warm Home product. They do not respond to any type of customer service. For the past 6 months I've been trying to get a new remote control, the one that came with my fireplace didn't work. I was told they were made in China and would be on the market for three months. When you call 877.612.5619, no one answers. A good product. NO customer service
