Finlin, More Like "Failin

The last time I went shopping at Finlin was not too long ago, and I must admit that my experience there was less than satisfactory. There was a significant discrepancy in the sizing, with things being either excessively large or inadequately small. What about the standard? Let's just say it wasn't exactly what we had hoped for. The shoes appeared adorable at first, but they came apart after only a few wears, and the clothing was poorly made and felt very inexpensive. However, the clincher was the quality of the customer support. After discovering that there was a problem with my purchase, I attempted to get in touch with them, but it was like yelling at a wall. The representative that I spoke to appeared uninterested in assisting me and did not offer any solutions to the issue that I was having. It's really too bad, because I had high hopes of becoming one of your most dedicated customers. In a nutshell, I would advise you to seek elsewhere if you are interested in purchasing high-quality apparel, footwear, or jewelry. Finlin is more like "Failin" in my opinion.

Pros
  • Attention to precision in designs
Cons
  • It's possible that shoes cause foot pain.
