Looks good but cannot use because of missing parts!
Missing the connector in the package. Cannot install without ALL the parts. Poor quality control by Best Buy. Clearly this was a customer return and just shipped out again without inspection. This had been re-packed as there were several layers of tape on the box, even a prior shipping label from Best Buy to another customer!
- One pre-drilled hole on the top section of the pole for securing the D-ring clamp, free to fix the D-ring clamp on other height of the pole by drilling the hole where you want to fix it. Easy to handle- refer to the installation manual for details.
- The post kit may require professional installation, which can add extra costs and inconvenience for customers
