I love that they are very flexible with their employees when it comes time for maternity leave or other types off work! They have great benefits available as well!! The only thing about this job is how long you can be there before getting another opportunity if things don't go your way at first (like being hired).

This has been my second position after leaving an advertising agency where everything was set up ahead so not much room for growth unless someone got fired which happened often during those years working there :) But overall its worth looking into. Great place to grow professionally while having fun doing what makes them happy. !
