The best part of using swirl was that we could customize the content for each user and it would be sent along with his current location. We had many customers who were visiting different stores in the area, so it allowed us to send out unique messages to each customer. Sometimes the system would not work properly, especially if there were too many users in the same location at one time. It is important to ensure that you have good wifi or cell service before implementing this program. We used the software as an advertising tool to attract new customers to our store.
